Twin-Screw Process Gas Compressor System

The twin-screw process gas compressor system is mainly used in oil refining and chemical production. It is widely applied for the recovery, conveying, and boosting of various non-air process gases, hazardous gases, and inert gases. It is currently a common equipment in China for handling flare gas, stripper off-gas, condensate gas, natural gas, process tail gas, and inert gas streams. Depending on specific operating conditions and the characteristics of the gas being handled, the system can be provided in either a pure dry-type oil-free configuration or a liquid-injected type.

Characteristic

Multi-phase mixing and transportation — It can operate the medium gas containing dust and liquid, and the inlet does not need to be buffered and separated;
Strong adaptability — The change of medium gas composition and inlet and outlet pressure has little effect on volume flow and can be ignored;
High reliability-no wearing parts, overhaul period is more than 16000 hours;
