Its core focus includes: the manufacturing of key equipment and development of process packages for waste heat comprehensive utilization and process gas recovery; thermal crystallization-based salt separation and crystal morphology control, along with technologies and process packages for high-salinity waste liquid resource recovery; and the R&D and production of multi-phase medium mixing and conveying equipment for high-viscosity, high gas-content, and solids-containing media.

Growth History

Over the past two decades of challenges and opportunities, Lvye has successfully transformed from a single equipment processing and manufacturing business into a total solution provider integrating specialized equipment development with process engineering.

2003–2007: Starting up against all odds.

We started from the very basics, step by step, laying a solid foundation in technology and manufacturing.

2008–2013: Forging ahead through challenges.

From machining rotors on our first rotor milling machine to developing our own rotor profile designs, we undertook the nationalization development task of a military project.

2016–2019: Deep cultivation, accumulating strength for future growth.

We undertook the development of a special multipurpose multiphase pump project for CNPC, achieving a major breakthrough in domestic oilfield applications. The twin-screw multiphase rotor pump system was officially finalized and put into mass production.

2020–2024: Transformative innovation and relentless exploration.

We began to focus on R&D in process integration and waste heat resource recovery & reuse. Since 2018, the first twin-screw steam compressor, from development and manufacturing to field application, has realized a domestic practical application case of high-temperature, high-pressure twin-screw steam compressors.

2025 and beyond: Striving forward with dedication, pursuing excellence.

Through the development of a dry-type oil-free twin-screw compressor unit with independent intellectual property rights, and its successful application in overseas markets, Lvye’s proprietary key equipment has gone global, serving the Central Asian market.
